Salma Kossemtini is an interior designer and Junior curator.

Her interest in contemporary art and their socio-cultural impact brought her to INTERFERENCE.
In doing arts and curating, Salma takes her inspiration from observing social realities and from her experiences within her surroundings.

Since 2016, Salma is part of the curatorial team of INTERFERENCE, where she can materialize her ideas.Since then she’s involved in art biennials like SEE DJERBA Media art project that takes place in the southern Tunisian island of Djerba. In both festivals she is responsible for a studio where she follows the development of the artworks, discovering and choosing spaces to exhibit projects and for managing teams of volunteers in the framework of the art mediation program.

In addition, she was invited to particiapte at the EVI Lichtungen festival in Hildesheim and LICHTROUTEN festival in Luedenscheide, both in Germany, where she hosted artists, coordinated the site guides and tour guides.

Salma is also taking actively part in Urban tours in the Medina of Tunis with Doolesha and Doora fel Houma.
